Installation Instructions:-

  1. Download archive file from above link.
  2. Unzip the archive file.
  3. Right click on EXE file and ‘Run as administrator’ to install the add-in.
  4. Restart your Microsoft Outlook application to see the ‘EisenVault’ tab in Outlook ribbon.
  5. Click on the EisenVault button and enter your EisenVault URL e.g. https://example.eisenvault.net/ and username and password.
  6. Select an email and click ‘Save to DMS’ option to save email and attachments in EisenVault DMS.

Compatible with the below combinations of Windows and Outlook:-



  • Windows 10 (64 bit) with MS Outlook 2016 (64bit)
  • Windows 10 (64 bit) with MS Outlook 2013 (64bit)
  • Windows 10 (64 bit) with MS Outlook 2010 (64bit)
  • Windows 10 (64 bit) with MS Outlook 2010 (32bit)
  • Windows 8.1 (64 bit) with MS Outlook 2013 (64bit)
  • Windows 8.1 (64 bit) with MS Outlook 2010 (64bit)
