Can you save directly from email to DMS?

Yes, you can save directly from email to DMS using our Outlook plugin or Gmail Chrome Plugin. 

Download Instructions:

1.    Download the file from Eisenvault.com and Unzip the archive file.

2.    Right click on .EXE file and ‘Run as administrator’ to install the add-on.

3.    Restart your Microsoft Outlook application to see the ‘EisenVault’ icon in Outlook ribbon.

4.    Click on the EisenVault icon and enter your EisenVault URL e.g. https://example.eisenvault.net.

5.    Enter your username and password.

6.    You are ready, now select any email and click ‘Save to DMS’ option to save email and attachments in EisenVault DMS.

NOTE: Ensure you have an email thread open in Gmail while trying to use the plugin. If you don’t get the option in your account, please contact your Administrator as the feature may be disabled for your account.
